How to use

Choose one PDF and preview its pages. Pick Text, Typed signature, Highlight, Rectangle, Freehand or Image. Click or drag on the page. Undo, redo or clear page annotations; use Watermark every page when needed. Export a new PDF containing the overlays.

Supported files and limitations

PDF documents up to 25 MB each; up to 100 pages per PDF. Large PDFs may use significant browser memory; try fewer pages or smaller image sizes on mobile. The editor adds annotations and overlays; it does not directly change original PDF text.

Privacy

Files are processed locally in the browser with packaged JavaScript libraries; they are not sent to the Toolsxar server. Browser memory is released when you close or reload the page.
