This Privacy Policy explains how the current Toolsxar website handles information when you browse the site, use its tools, or send a message. Some features depend on the hosting provider and any optional services enabled by the operator.

Information processed when you use Toolsxar

When you visit the website, the hosting environment may process standard request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, timestamps, and server error logs for security, troubleshooting, and service delivery.

Many calculations and file-processing features run in your browser, so the input can remain on your device. Your browser still requests website assets, and the hosting provider may record routine connection data. Do not enter passwords or highly sensitive personal information unless you have verified the tool is appropriate for your needs.

Files and tool inputs

The current image and PDF processing tools are designed to handle selected files in your browser rather than upload their contents for processing to our website. They may need JavaScript libraries or an AI model downloaded from a website or model provider. Network activity can vary with settings and browser behavior, so consider your privacy needs before opening a sensitive document. Generated files are downloaded to your device when you choose Download.

Contact form messages

If you submit the Contact form, we store the name, email, subject and message that you provide in an administrator-only database inbox. We also keep a one-way hash of your connection IP address to limit excessive submissions. The form does not promise automated email delivery. Do not submit passwords or highly sensitive personal information. Messages remain in the inbox until an administrator deletes them; backup copies may be retained for longer according to the hosting backup configuration.

Browser storage and AI models

Some tools may store an AI model in browser storage to avoid downloading it on every visit. Clearing site data can remove that stored model. An AI model download is not an upload of your photo. Check the individual tool notices for technical details.

Cookies and sessions

The site may use a session cookie for administrator authentication and related security functions. If analytics, advertising, or other third-party services are enabled, those services may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies. Third-party features, if enabled, may have additional privacy terms; we will update this policy when those services are used.

Analytics and logs

The admin analytics feature may record pageview counts. Hosting providers may also maintain access and error logs. If additional analytics or advertising integrations are enabled later, their own terms and data collection practices may apply and this policy will need to reflect them.

Sharing and retention

Information may be processed by the hosting provider and service vendors needed to operate the site, or disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the service. Server logs and backups are retained according to the hosting provider’s configured policies. You may request that an administrator review or remove a stored contact message using the Contact page, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

Security

Reasonable safeguards should be maintained, including HTTPS, restricted administrator access, strong unique passwords, two-factor authentication where available, and protected backups. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and contact

You can choose not to use a tool or provide optional input. For privacy questions or requests, contact the website operator using the site's published contact page. We will handle requests as reasonably possible through that contact channel.
